| Our winter home is ideal for those seeking a relaxing escape in the quiet tropical paradise of Sanibel Island for a week or longer. Decorated to reflect Sanibel's natural surroundings, unit 20 is in the third building from West Gulf Drive, on the second floor, and is an "A" unit of 1,070 sq ft under air-conditioning. The additional 208 sq ft comprises a sunrise facing unscreened porch overlooking the courtyard garden and a sunset facing screened private lanai overlooking palms. A Day on Sanibel. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch as the sun rises above the palm trees and greets the day. After breakfast, a 5 minute walk down to the beach via the private access path opens onto the white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The shells washed up on the shore are astounding.
